TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Room Rates are nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), inclusive of Service Charge and Government Tax. -
Room Deposit for Executive / Family Suite RM200, Deluxe RM150 and Standard RM100

Booking must be made minimum 1 - 2 working days before check in date. All bookings must be on a deposit basis and payment is either by cash, credit card (visa & master) or Telegrahic Transfer.
Upon confirmation of booking, a confirmation letter will be issued to the guest via email or fax. Confirmed booking is until 6:00 p.m. only unless one night deposit is paid up or a letter of guarantee is received. Extended stay until 6:00 p.m. will be charged additional half day rate and beyond 6:00 p.m. will be another full day rate If notification of cancellation is received less than 48 hours, one night room charge will be levied. If more than 48 hours, then half day room rate will be charged. A 5% credit card processing fees will be levied in the event when the booking is confirmed and upon the issuance of confirmation letter.
